Duo of Smoked Goose Leg Quarters

2 crispy goose leg quarters (leg & thigh) lightly seasoned and smoked for a minimum of four hours. Each quarter gets sprayed with a mixture of our fresh orange juice and honey resulting in a crispy and refreshing skin with a tender fall off the bone inside.
