Smoked Pulled Beef

For this classic, we use bone-in asado covered in our house spice, and smoked for 12 hours.  We then "pull" the beef into juicy strands and drop them in a cast iron pot with homemade bbq for another 3 hours.
 
Accompanied by our house made sauces and other seasonal surprises!
