Standing Rib Roast

You might know it as a Prime Rib roast or maybe a Tomahawk steak, whatever you like to call it, it tastes damn good. We smother this in our Nectar spice blend and keep it in the smoker at 95-110c for a minimum of twenty hours.
 
Each steak comes out to around 800 gr. and there is a minimum order of two steaks.
